Rebecca’s 20-year career may have started in finance and accounting, but she quickly changed course to focus on technology innovation, operational efficiency and customer relationship management.  She started two businesses along the way, and led one of those to acquisition.

Her career also includes extensive experience in customer service management, product management, and customer functional requirement. In these roles, she has served as the key interface with engineers and development teams, helping them understand, validate and communicate customer needs, while also balancing technical requirements and economical objectives. She understands the need for technology to work with or enhance a customer’s existing workflow, and understands how technology can impact an organization’s operational and financial performance. 

Today, she leads MD Interconnect’s customer engagement and implementation efforts, working closely with hospitals and their community based providers to ensure efficient communication and collaboration throughout the healthcare ecosystem.

Rebecca holds a BPA in Accounting from Mississippi State University.
