Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

The Proficient Health Mass Notifications service sends text messages on behalf of our Hospital and Health System customers – providing Clinical and Facility alerts to users who are using the Connect application.

In order to receive text messaging, you must complete the setup wizard in the Connect mobile app. Once you have done so, a welcome SMS text will be sent to you.

To discontinue receiving messages (opt-out), send “STOP” to 12345 at any time. We will reply with a one-time opt-out confirmation message, then no longer receive messages from us. To resume messages, text “RESUME”.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Users will be allowed to opt out of this program at any time. Message frequency is based on Hospital usage of the Connect service.

Messages may not be delivered to you if your phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of your wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer’s equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. You acknowledge that urgent alerts may not be timely received and that your wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered.
